No. We are one of the few uniform businesses that does not impose quantity limits. Once your portal is set up, you will be able to order as much or as little as you want.

It is the responsibility of the customer to order the required apparel with plenty of time to allow for branding and delivery. Once the customers order has been dispatched and left our factory or that of our suppliers, responsibility of the delivery is handed over to the customer. Once the order leaves our premise, the customer is from that moment forward, deemed to have taken ownership over the items. Though responsibility rests with the receiver, we will assist to sort and correct any issues that may arise. Should the order be shipped direct to the customer, we will make every attempt to sort and correct any errors.
Unfortunately... no. All orders must be placed via our "Uniform Management System" (UMS) so that we can track the process of each order. It also allows H.O. to be able to track orders as well as invoices.

As a respected and law abiding business, we only permit the return of a Brand New Garment should it be deemed faulty or is not as described on the website. By law, we accept the garments back according to the following three points.
Should a supplied garment be deemed to be faulty. Please note that we will only replace that item for a exact replacement or we will repair it.
Should a supplied garment not be as described on our website, we will only exchange for the correct garment.
Garment must be returned for us to assess within 5 days of the customer having received the item.

Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. Merchandise must have all tags, including any Planett hang tags, attached. Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned. All footwear returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Returns

You must return your items to the address below within 30 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Refunds and Processing

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If returns do not comply to above conditions listed, we have the right to refuse the return. Any additional freight, customs, duties, taxes etc are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be charged accordingly.

Store Credit

Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.planett.com Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account. Please treat Store Credit like cash. Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected "Store Credit" as the refund method. Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Store credit never expires. Store credit is provided in the currency of original purchase. Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our T&C
Absolutely! We have invested heavily in to some of the worlds best embroidery and print machines. By not outsourcing, we are able to stay 100% in control of your order.
This is the greatest issue that businesses have when selecting a new provide or ordering uniforms. We get it and we want to help get around this issue. We have found from experience the best way to get around this is if we provide to you a "Sample Size Range" that you keep at your premises. We brand these with the word "Sample" on them so that they can not be taken or lost. By having a Sample Wardrobe, new staff are able to instantly try on your uniform range and select the correct size before ordering via the portal. We also add a easy to use and understand size chart of all products on the portal to eliminate confusion.
